Days of Gaming

Come and Join In

Every three months, Oxford Meeples opens the doors of Wolvercote Village Hall to the general public and invite people to come and join us for a Day of Gaming (DoG).

We bring a large number of games ourselves, but feel free to bring your own.

Gaming starts at around 10:30 am and goes on until late.

Entry is free, although donations towards rent of the hall and refreshments will be appreciated.

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

There is no parking at the village hall itself, but parking is available on-street along Godstow Road, Wolvercote Green and off Godstow Road opposite the hall. Number 6 buses are available from Oxford city centre to Wolvercote every 15 minutes during the day.

Simple refreshments (tea, coffee, cake, etc...) will be available for a donation, but you will need to provide your own lunch and/or dinner (there are few pubs nearby and pizza can be delivered, we tried it).

As a trial during our November 2024 event, we will have an area set aside for people wanting to sell games or find a bargain. So if you have games to sell, being them along (we recommend clearly labelling them so people can find you). Please note that other than providing a dedicated space to display games you wish to sell, we will not be involved and any sale is purely between those buying and selling.

Our next Day of Gaming is on
